Amanda Kiefer is the First Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Inclusion for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka. She is a 2003 Washburn Law School graduate and received a Political Science degree from Kansas State University.

Amanda began her legal career clerking for Kansas Supreme Court Justice Carol A. Beier and then joined the Topeka law firm Fisher, Patterson, Sayler & Smith as an associate. She later joined the law department at Security Benefit Corporation as Assistant Counsel.
