The reason that we succeed or fail in sales may not be in tactics or strategies, but in our understanding of the profession itself. Borrowing definitions from some of the world’s best, we will examine what it means to sell. We will also challenge some of the conventional “wisdom” on the topic. Finally, we will highlight the importance to your client of your doing the job well.
