Heather Berckefeldt will present – Emotional Intelligence a Concept of Curiosity. This session introduces the concept of emotional intelligence and highlights how we can harness our emotional awareness and expression for relational gain. With focus on curiosity, both internal and inter-relational, we can take control of how we show up in the world. Heather Berckefeldt is an educator and has spent years studying education, leadership, and the human experience, which makes her uniquely qualified to support the growth and development of leaders through teaching and coaching.
