Jon Haas is the founder and president of HME, Inc. (Haas Metal Engineering). His visionary leadership and focus on continuous improvement set HME on the path for constant growth. Since being incorporated in 1996, HME has evolved from a start-up in his garage to a group of seven companies with more than 500 employees headquartered in Topeka, Kansas with satellite offices in Kansas City, Manhattan, Dallas, and Denver.
