Susan Cantrell started in February 2016 as the new VP of Sales & Marketing for The Topeka Capital-Journal. Susan has been in sales and marketing leadership positions at The Kansas City Star, The Arizona Daily Star, The Lawrence Journal-World and at Harris Enterprises, which published five newspapers throughout Kansas. She has worked with third party digital partners in their infancy such as cars.com, careerbuilder.com, apartments.com and others before they became household names.

Susan has been involved from the ground floor up in the transformation of the newspaper industry from a primarily print and advertising insert vehicle into the multi-media industry it is today.
